Katie Behrens, Jonathan's Voice

Katie graduated in medicine from United Medical and Dental Schools of Guy’s and St Thomas’s hospitals, London in 1994 and then trained to become a GP.

Following this, she worked at the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), London for 3 years working as a Medical Adviser providing care for employees posted overseas and Occupational health advice in London.

She joined the Charlie Waller Trust in 2018 as part of the workplace team delivering mental health awareness training to a number of different sectors and organisations.

Sarah Cantrill, D Young & Co

Sarah qualified as a CITMA paralegal in 2017, a CIPA paralegal in 2018 and a Chartered Manager in 2021.

She is now working as an IP Support Services Co-Ordinator for D Young & Co LLP and is currently the lead for the CITMA Paralegal Events Working Group. She is an active member of the CITMA Paralegal Committee and contributes towards the planning, teaching and marking of the CITMA Paralegal Course.

Samantha Crellin, WebTMS

As a CITMA Paralegal, Samantha brings past experiences using IP management services with her into both the sales and training parts of her role at WebTMS. Having used WebTMS both in-house and private practise, she can help tailor and advise current and prospective clients on how to get the best value from the system. She enjoys trade marks and helping make IP professionals' lives easier, too.

Eric Mills, Maynard Nexsen, PC

Eric Mills is a seasoned U.S. intellectual property attorney.

He devotes a significant portion of his practice to preparing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications before the USPTO and in foreign jurisdictions.

He also partners with various universities in order to protect intellectual property developed at the educational institution level.

Victoria Rodriguez, Bristows

Victoria specialises in all aspects of trade marks and has particular experience in managing large international trade mark portfolios, both domestically and across foreign jurisdictions, for iconic media brands as well as leaders in medical and dental goods.

Victoria is a solicitor of England and Wales as well as an Argentinian qualified lawyer, with substantial experience in both jurisdictions.

She is also a non-executive member of the IPSoc Committee.

Daniel Smith-Juggins, Stobbs IP

Daniel is a part-qualified Trade Mark Attorney and Online Brand Enforcement Specialist at Stobbs IP Ltd.

He has over seven years’ experience in online brand enforcement and has a passion for domain disputes.

Daniel has filed numerous domain complaints via WIPO’s UDRP process and complaints via international forums such as Nominet’s DRS, China’s CNDRP and the usDRP.
